1. General
This refund policy governs the conditions for cancellations and refunds for direct bookings made through our website.
The guest can cancel their booking at any time and without giving a reason.
The following regulations apply.
2. Free cancellation up to 5 days before arrival
If the guest cancels at least 5 days before the planned arrival date, they will receive a 100% refund of the total booking amount.
The refund will be issued via the same payment method used by the guest when booking (Stripe, PayPal, Klarna, etc.).
3. Cancellation possible from 5 days before arrival
No refund will be given for cancellations made less than 5 days before arrival.
The full booking amount is due and will not be refunded.
This also applies to:
No-show
delayed arrival
early departure
In all the aforementioned cases, the entire booking amount remains owed.
4. Time of calculation of the deadline
For the calculation of the cancellation period, the arrival date at 00:00 is used as the reference time.
Example: Arrival on June 20th → free cancellation up to and including June 15th, 11:59 PM.
5. Rebookings
Rebookings are considered new bookings and are subject to the same regulations as cancellations.
A change of booking is only possible with prior approval.
6. Exceptional Circumstances
In the event of genuine force majeure (e.g. fire or technical uninhabitability of the accommodation), the landlord may provide alternative accommodation or refund the amount.
In all other cases, the above-mentioned regulations apply without restriction.
7. Refund period
Payment will be made within the following timeframe after initiation by the landlord:
